Dr. Lily Luo
Dr. Luo graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency training at Texas Children’s Hospital and joined Community Pediatrics in 2016. Dr. Luo speaks Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese. Her favorite part of being a pediatrician is watching children grow from newborns to happy and healthy adults. She loves to exercise at the YMCA – give her a wave if you see her there! Her guilty pleasure is watching Chinese and Korean dramas.
Lyn Thang
Lyn Thang is our capable front desk commander and office manager. She is fluent in Cantonese Chinese and understands Mandarin Chinese and Vietnamese. She enjoys contemplating and tackling challenging problems. Lyn has a particular ability to communicate with our adolescent and young adult patients and has a knack for engaging them to set up their appointments. Her favorite mode of traveling is walking: rain, shine, or snow!
Deanne Lam
Deanne Lam is our wonderful head nurse. She has many years of experience in telecommunications prior to switching to healthcare. She went back to school in 2004, received her nursing license in 2006, and has been with Community Pediatrics ever since. Deanne's experience in parenting is much appreciated by our new parents. In her spare time, she loves to watch Korean dramas – ask her about her current favorite!
Mandy Yu
Mandy Yu graduated from Simmons College with a Bachelor of Nursing degree and has been working part time at Community Pediatrics since then. She is also a full time nurse at Boston Children's Hospital in the outpatient department. Mandy grew up in North Quincy in a large family with six sisters. A born and bred Bostonian, she enjoys snowboarding and other winter sports!
Maggie Ma
Maggie Ma is a registered dietician. She loves empowering patients and families to make healthy life choices. Prior to obtaining her credentials as a nutritionist, Maggie received a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts School of Public health and Health Sciences. Maggie speaks multiple dialects of Chinese including Toisanese, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Her hobbies include drawing, jewelry making and flower arranging.
Dr. Anne Lennon (emeritus)
Dr. Lennon graduated from the University of Rennes, Faculty of Medicine in France and completed her pediatric residency at Westchester County Medical Center in New York. She received her Master's Degree in Public Health from New York Medical College and completed a fellowship in Community Pediatrics and Child Advocacy at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Dr. Lennon worked at South Cove Community Health Center for many years before founding Community Pediatrics in 2000. She is an avid gardener and enjoys being part of the Quincy neighborhood. Dr. Lennon has retired to sunny France and dearly misses all of her patients.
